Ample street parking available out front. 5-10 minute drive to Downtown, I70, and I25. Blocks away from Light Rail and Welton Street shops, restaurants, and bars. Walking distance or a short bike ride to Kaiser Permanente, Saint Joseph Hospital, Presbyterian St Luke's Medical Center, City Park, RiNo, other Uptown hospitals and restaurants. Plus, many neighborhood restaurants like Point Easy, Whittier Cafe, Luchador Taco, and Whits End are just a couple of blocks away.

$2,500 first month's rent + $2,500 security deposit due at lease signing. I ride my bike 10 minutes into downtown (less than a mile) or walk, but when I leave to drive somewhere the traffic is pretty light and easy to get around. The lightrail also stops in Whittier so that makes it easy to get other places in Denver as well. Love living here"
