This is a smaller house surrounded by nice, fancy neighborhoods, so you get all the amenities walking distance to Trader Joes, Frys grocery, restaurants, miles-long canal path, golf course, the list goes on. A few minute drive from all the freeways 60, 101, 202 so it makes your commute super easy to get anywhere in the valley. 15 minutes or less from Chandler Fashion Square Mall, Downtown Tempe, Arizona Mills Mall, the airport and Cubs Spring Training.
Basic landscaping upkeep and watering in the summer is asked of the tenant, but a professional landscaper will be hired for large work related to the trees, and in-ground irrigation keeps most of the plants watered.
Home is UNFURNISHED (photos shown with furniture for reference)
One year lease minimum. No dogs, cats OK with $150 refundable deposit. Tenant responsible for all utilities water, SRP, internet, TV.
Income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent amount. Married couples and residents over 18 may combine income. Three recent paystubs are required to verify income. If self employed or retired, we will require two recent bank statements.
A non-refundable $30 fee for background check is required upon submitting an application. You can do this directly through Zillow. Your previous residences must be free of evictions, judgments or unpaid rent. Owning your previous residence can take place of rental history. Previous occupancy must be verifiable.
