"the commute is terrible, horrible traffic everywhere all day long and a ton of accidents every time I get on the freeway there's an accident... I have to give myself over an hour to get somewhere only 15 min away... but the neighborhood is nice and the people are great and friendly!!! close to everything you need within walking or biking distance..."

"We’ve lived in the Horizon Terrace neighborhood for almost four years and we love it!! It’s a small enough neighborhood that everyone gets to know their neighbor. On Halloween the entire community is out walking or sitting in their driveway waiting to hand out candy and say hello. This community is located i n the base of the mountain so it is quiet and has incredible views of the Vegas Valley. There are also amazing hiking trails right in your back yard. Henderson living at its finest!!! "

"This quaint quiet neighborhood has few houses and is gated. Henderson police are accessible. There is also a neighborhood watch and the tenants stick together. If you're looking for nice and safe, that's what this area is. The houses have views of the strip or Black Mountain. They have amazing access to freeways, banking, and grocery stores. It's also a newly booming area. A clean, good neighborhood. I've lived in three neighborhoods here."
