Electric baseboard heat, off-street parking and a small balcony.

Owner pays water, sewer, trash, hot water, lawn and snow care.
Renter is responsible for electric.
This unit is a no pet & no smoking unit. If you are interested in seeing this, please contact us with your daytime availability Monday-Friday 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM. We are closed on the weekends.
After you view the unit, if you are interested in the property you will need to complete a rental application which is a non-refundable fee of $30.00 and covers your credit (minimum credit score of 600) and criminal background screenings. We also verify that your household income is three times the rent amount after taxes (net). No bankruptcy, short sale, or foreclosure within the last 2 years. Your application will be automatically denied if you have any current or previous landlord tenant actions against you or any evictions. We do not allow any co-signors!

    "Traffic is okay except in the early morning and late afternoon rush hour times around the Wal-Mart/Ephrata Crossings area where there is still construction and road work, also the bottleneck to one lane has caused problems for years! It doesn’t seem like the township will ever do anything about it and it will get worse when the stores and hotel open!"
