Outdoor eating set up & BBQ. Boogie boards, sand toys, baby furniture. This 2 story neighborhood home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The modern but comfy open floor plan is light and bright with access to a private yard with BBQ, bar, and outdoor eating area. The living room has a comfy couch, a 65" TV and a cuddle chair facing the counter bar seats. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, double ovens, microwave, full fridge, and dishwasher. The sink area looks out over the private backyard. The kitchen flows into the eating area with a table that can seat 6-8 guests and is situated next to the fireplace. The double glass doors open to a 3 season tiled patio. Note: The air condition only cools the downstairs (if ever needed). The other two bedrooms have queen beds with ceiling fans, large closets and share the second bath. This bath has double sinks, a granite countertop with a tub and tiled shower combo. The half bath is on the first floor. Plenty of free parking - garage, driveway, and cul de sac. Also available on site: beach chairs, sand toys & trucks, beach towels, boogie boards, cooler, high chair, stroller, booster seat, baby gate, kids toys, board games, reading material.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

    "Great area and great schools. Some great parks and close to the beach. Great for being outside but the hills and lack of sidewalks in areas makes it less walkable than other areas. Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
