    "I've lived at Serrano Garden Apartments for almost 3 years. All my neighbors are friendly and are quiet. I feel at home because my neighbors are so nice and caring. My kids enjoy going outside and playing with their friends at out apartment complex or they go to Reed park to skateboard. "
