* Clean, peaceful hallways & common areas (all above maintained and organized by us)
* Pool
* Pool patio
* Parking spots in front of house
* Lake with a walkway all around it
* Public Kid's park and pool
* two small breed dogs to pet

Room includes:

* Smart TV( does not include streaming services)
* queen bed+extra queen mattress
* Foldable coach into full bed
* Walk in closet(with hangars)( as well extra pillows, sheets, and towels)
* Full body Mirror

House rules:

* No smoking or drugs
* No pets
* No parties
* Overnight guests allowed with prior approval
* Shared spaces must stay clean
* Quiet hours: 10PM 7AM
* Security cameras in common areas only (for safety)

Rent :
 * $900/monthly (12 months or less)(after 12 months it will be $1100/monthly)

Fees:
 * Single occupancy preferred. Additional occupant or pets will require written approval and may result in additional fees.

 Security Notice: Cameras will be installed in common areas for everyone's safety (no cameras in private spaces).

 Requirements Before Move-In:
