The spacious, flat, fully fenced back yard has a large flagstone patio outside the breakfast nook. Other amenities include energy efficient natural gas hot water and forced air heat, electronic air cleaner, an attached 2-car garage, plenty of storage space, and a community playground a short walk away.

First months rent, security deposit, and pet cleaning fees (as applicable) due in advance at signing. Rent includes HOA dues. Tenant pays all utilities, including water & sewer, electricity, natural gas, trash, Internet, cable/satellite TV, telephone, etc.

No more than two pets, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $250 per pet. Monthly pet rent additional, $30 for one pet, $50 for two pets.

Tenant is responsible for maintenance of landscaping and must abide by all Haven Homes and HOA rules and regulations.     "There is a mix of apartments and houses. I’ve lived here for over a year and it’s a beautiful area but the houses are very close together and the apartments are pretty crammed. The area is a bit expensive and there is more construction happening each week. It feels very city-like and it’s becoming a bit excessive. Fourth of July is horrendous with the fireworks even though there are hundreds of thousands of trees around. Just too many people."
