If you love a country setting, this home may be everything you are looking for! It is about 10 minutes from the new turnpike exit, so not too far out of town.

First Floor-
As you walk into the house, you walk into the kitchen. To your right is the dining area that opens up to a spacious living room.
There is a full bathroom and a spacious bedroom (used as office in the photos). This bathroom has the washer and dryer in it (provided for you).

Second Floor-
On the second floor are two more bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet.
There is also another full-sized bathroom on this floor.

Walk out Basement-
As you can see, the basement is a walk out basement. It also has so much storage with its built-in shelving and floor space.

The rent in $2,500 which includes water and septic. Tenants pay their own utilities including heat, propane (stove and dryer), electricity and wifi.

Tenants are responsible for their own landscaping and snow removal.

Pets-
While no pets are preferred, one pet may be negotiable. If you have a dog, we will need to meet it during our showing. There will be an additional pet deposit, depending on what you have.
