Please do not send your child to this school.They do not care about your child’s safety! They only care about their paychecks. Since the staff are only concerned with the problem children, unfortunately, your child will be left behind. All of the honor roll children are left to defend for themselves. The principal is not worth a damn thing! Ever since Mr. Robinson have been the principal the school has declined in every shape you can possibly think of. None of the children respect him, because he talks down to them & he’s always bragging about the money he makes being in charge of the school. I can go on & on…This is a warning to our concerning parents do not send your child to this school and expect greatness! This school is only for CHILDREN WITH PROBLEMS!! They are lucky I had to give them one star, because they don’t deserve any stars

WORST SCHOOL IN DETROIT. The security guard threatens parents with pistols. The principal cares more about his flashy appearance than parent’s concerns. My child gets released to random adults who are not on her release form. Yesterday they released my child out the school doors by herself and no signed her out. No safety or education here at all!!!

I AM A FORMER GRADUATE OF HENRY FORD AND HAVE HEARD ABOUT ALL THE CHANGES, SOME GOOD BUT MOST BAD. WITH MIND FRAME OF LOCAL GOVERMENT AND TEACHERS ATTITUDES TOWARDS STUDENTS, THEY ARE NO LONGER THE CARRAIGE THAT TOTALLY TAKES YOUR CHILD TO THE NEXT STEP OF GETTING YOUR SON OR DAUGHTER INTO COLLEGE. TO GET WHAT YOU FEEL YOUR CHILD DESERVES, THE ALONG WITH THE STUDENT MUST TAKE ON THE RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE STUDENT GETS ACCESS TO WHAT THE SCHOOL MIGHT NOT OFFER. WITH THAT BEING SAID IS FORD A GOOD OR BAD SCHOOL, NO NOT AT ALL. CASS TECH, DESPITE ITS GRADIOSO IMAGE OF THE PAST ISN'T WHAT IT USED TO BE. RENNISANCE IS THE SAME JUST, IN ASPANKING NEW BUILDING WITH THE SAME TEACHERS AS IN ANY OTHER PUBLIC SCHOOL. THE KEY TO BETTER EDUCATION IN FORD IS NOT JUST MAKING SURE YOUR KID GETS TO SCHOOL, BUT AS A PARENT GETTING INVOLVED AND SEEING WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE TO MAKE NOT ONLY YOUR CHILD BUT FORD A BETTER SCHOOL.
