This is a 2 bed (with a bonus room) and 2 bathroom home. Great location, newly remodeled, new roof, newer a/c and even has washer and dryer hookups inside. Neighbors are great and keep to themselves. Good size backyard as well too. Water is included in rent, lawn care is included in rent as well, tenant pays electric. Have own separate parking side of driveway as well. Very nice location and nothing behind the home. Flexibility on move in cost as well. Nice size backyard as well.
