The living spaces are incredibly comfortable with what appears to be just the right amount of separation between the kitchen, dining, and living room that results in generous open space for entertaining while still giving a feeling of of intimacy for day to day living. Several outdoor living spaces, including a wonderful courtyard and garden, were designed to amplify the prevailing breezes by taking advantage of a modest Venturi wind boost (this must be experienced for a true understanding). The master retreat is magical with commanding views, a beautifully simplistic but uniquely comfortable bath, ample closets. The two western wing suites are ideal for family or guests offering plenty of privacy. A large downstairs suite could qualify as a second master, however it has served the owners as a generous bonus/media room with access to the sprawling private lawn through a sliding glass door to a rear yard.
