ROOM for Rent in a spacious and beautiful Clovis Home! This home is in a great Clovis neighborhood and located in a private cul de sac with no through traffic. It is located on N. LInd Ave, Clovis, CA 93612. Herndon Shopping area near Buchannon High School. Full address will be given when you set an appt to preview and give your cell number. It will be texted to you when you are on your way.

2.9 miles from Fresno State University, 1.5 miles from Sierra Bicentennial Park, close to Herndon Avenue shopping and restaurants.

The space is perfect for a college student who needs a studious environment, someone who works long hours and wants to come home to a relaxing and peaceful environment.

Must be neat and tidy oriented.

No smoking, guests, pets, NOT 420 friendly, no partying, and no drugs of any kind. Light drinking is okay. We have a peaceful drama free home where you can come back and relax. It is a stable environment. We are looking for a person who is committed to 6 months. NO SHORT TERM RENTERS. It is disruptive to the household to have people moving in and out.

If you are tired of living in a house full of people, you have found your spot.

About myself: I'm a professional, I work long hours, I'm easy to get along with, and I like a stress free home environment when I am home. I'm into health and fitness, and I like to keep a clean and organized home. Everyone does their own thing.

You must have a full- time job outside of the home, and like keeping your space clean and organized.

The room-mates do not have guests over to maintain the uncrowded and peaceful vibe. You must be okay not having guests over.
One car only.

Shared large bathroom with two sinks and linen closet.

Private bedroom has a extra large walk in closet. Room includes a bed and your own med sized refrigerator/Freezer

You MUST have a stable job outside of the house. No work from home situations.

    "I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
