No pets allowed. No smoking on the property. Garage parking for 1 car plus 1 car in front of garage door. There is a $350 non-refundable carpet cleaning, etc fee from the deposit. Payments are due on the 1st of the month with a 3 day grace period before Late fees will be assessed.

On the whole people are educated, supportive, open minded and friendly. The surrounding area is gorgeous. Beautiful water, forests, mountains and great weather. I'll live here the rest of my life. "

    "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
