Room Description

Mid-size room for rent on the second floor. Comes furnished with full dresser, queen-size bed and closet. Tenant will be sharing bathroom with another tenant.

Utilities included in rent. Rent due on the 1st of every month. Prior to move-in, will require to provide first month's rent plus security deposit (either cash or money order; no checks). If move-in date does not land on the 1st, deposit will be adjusted with pro-rated first month. Room only for one tenant; cannot take couples.

Tenant should be responsible for herself/himself, respectful of family, other tenant, & visiting guests, must pick up after herself/himself in common areas, non-disruptive, guests allowed but no overnight stays, has access to all common areas, will have space in pantry and fridges for personal food, has full use of kitchen and washer/dryer. Curbside parking; can park on driveway during street sweeps.

You will be living with a very welcoming Filipino family. After 21 years of military service and military life, both of us are now self-employed. Our son & daughter no longer live with us . Be aware that we tend to have visiting family & friends from time to time. Property is 6 to 8 miles away from Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton main and back (San Luis Rey) gates.
