Small home, comes with a 2 car garage, jetted tub, tank-less hot water tank, large deck, wood floors, fenced yard, ductless heat pump/AC and a pellet stove, and additional small room (perhaps an office), and a washer/dryer.

The ceilings are lower than typical, approximately 7 feet instead of 7 1/2 feet. The house is small relative to the number of bedrooms, I am mentioning this so people aren't expecting something much larger.

I require first plus deposit, 1975 plus deposit for 3950 move in. Includes water and garbage, approx 150 per month less, as most houses don't include water garbage.

In the past, potential tenants have asked about 5 or 6 people, 4 is the most I want to rent to in this home. I know it is a 3 bedroom, it is a small 3 bedroom.

Includes water/sewer, approx $130 value.

    "Sidewalks intact and parks close by. Quiet neighborhood and most properties have grassy areas. Low car traffic and impressively tranquil for being so close to Broadway (a Main Street). Has a feel of being out on the edge of a city because trees and greenery actually exists and is kept up. Clean and respectable people live here. Would definitely recommend! Come check it out for yourself! Fellow dog owners live here and so it’s a wonderful community for dog lovers. It’s great. Believe me!"
