Hello I'm Kelly, I'm 51 yrs old working professional looking for a female roommate. Open to making a friendship connection. If you love to cook, eat healthy and exercise we would be a great fit. I hope to find someone who share's the same interest and also be a, responsible, friendly clean and a nice roommate. Room is furnished with a queen size bed, bookshelf and nightstand. It's a good size room lots of natural lighting. Big floor to ceiling window with blackout curtains and window AC. Neighbor is very pleasantly landscaped and quiet. 5 mins to Tustin marketplace and very close to the Irvine District. Very conveniently close to all shopping stores and groceries of all kind. Beautiful, remodeled kitchen and home, spacious 2 story townhouse. Very peaceful, quiet and clean environment. Sharing with 2 other housemates. Shared bathroom with just one other tenant. Home features H2 Zero Ultimate whole house water filtration and conditioning system, so you'll never have to go out and buy water again. Soft, great tasting drinking water right from any faucet and throughout the house. There is assigned parking. There's no smoking or vaping. If you like these amenities, I'd love to hear from you.
