Residential use only; no commercial or unlawful activities.
Guests must follow house rules, keep the property clean and safe, and avoid disturbing neighbors.
No smoking or vaping indoors (including marijuana). Indoor smoking may result in cleaning/remediation charges.

Occupancy & Access
Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit.
No subletting or assignment.
