There are raised beds for organic gardening and a private area where the redwood fence and shade trees offer cool privacy. If you wish to grow your own fruit and vegetables, this is for you, but if you prefer not to bother, the landlord provides a gardener for basic maintenance. A wonderful housekeeper who has worked for the landlord and her tenants for many years is available.
