Description

Most people enter this house and their first remark is "I thought this was an older house but it feels new inside!" The interior has nicely finished walls and and feels spacious. It has new cabinets in the kitchen and a 4 foot island. The hall bathroom has a walk in shower. The 1/2 bath off the master has new cabinetry and a tankless hot water heater. (There is no tub in this home.) Wood flooring is throughout the house and all lighting has been updated. This brick house was built in 1968 but was completely rehabbed down to the studs. Wiring, plumbing, AC ductwork, full insulation in attic were all updated and replaced. AC system dates to 2017 and roof has just been replaced. I forgot to mention it has new windows as well! The laundry room is spacious with room for a desk or more storage. The car port leads to a large, level and private back yard. The house is located at the end of a dead end street on a nice large flat lot so you won't have traffic noise. I will take this ad down once I have a signed tenant, so please don't ask if it is available. Please write and let me know a little about yourself. I'd like to know the number of people who will be in the rental and their ages, total net monthly income, description of pets if you have any, date you would like to take possession of the home and whether you have a good rental history. If you'll address these questions, I can then set up a viewing.

The tenant pays City of Crestview Water, Sewer and Trash fees monthly, usual average for a small family is around $80. FLorida Light and Power bill shouldn't be large either because this is an energy efficient home. No smoking within the house. I may approve one small pet if it is well trained. References are appreciated. Income should be verifiable and $3900 net monthly or more. The house is available to show so please feel free to do a drive by. Its on a large flat lot but is not completely fenced. If you would like to see the home, please don't forget to write and tell me about yourself!     "I have lived here for a year and am surprised I haven't been robbed yet. Seriously, if you're going to live in this city live on the south side, not the north..or don't live here. It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
