House sits on approx. 4.5 ac. with a approx. 1 ac. lake/pond. House is located in the old town of Dacula approx. 2mi from Ga.316. Even with its close proximity to the major road it is still in a secluded area. Dacula is one of the top rated small towns in Ga. The house needs a major remodel. IT IS NOT MOVE IN READY!!! The old part of the house is vintage 1960 and still has pine wood paneling. The front part facing the lake was added on in 1974. I am not attaching any interior photos due to the poor dated condition inside, like I said it will need a complete remodel. House is sold as-is. If you are interested I can provide a sketch with current room dimensions. The house has good structure and would make a very nice unique house with some TLC.
