Location is perfect, right off I15 and Bangerter highway. You don't have travel to very far for anything, Harmons grocery store, Walgreens, and a variey of eateries are all walking distance. 12300 S the next exit down has basically all ameneties with Draper Peaks shopping center. South Towne mall is two exits down 5 minutes away. The town home itself has been well taken care of, with everything in working condition. Walls were recently painted. Its a two story townhome with three bedrooms and a full bathroom on the top floor. Washer and Dryer are also on top floor. Main level has the kitchen, living room, and a half bathroom. Patio is set up for a garden and bbq area. Heating and cooling system unit was recently replaced in 2023. Please contact David with any questions.

Owner pays for water and HOA Fee. Tenant will pay all other utilities. 1 year lease minimum. $475 of deposit will be non-refundable at move out for cleaning/administrative. No smoking inside the unit.
