Looking to sublet my large, furnished 1B1Ba in Hyde Park for a 12 month lease (possibly to extend 1 more year). Great for a graduate student or short-term academic appointee!

- Cute 1920 courtyard building with character, many original features in apartment
- walking distance to university, easy access to transit (metra, buses, university shuttles) and divvy bikes
- warm hardwood floors, large windows/lots of light, crown moulding
- recently renovated kitchen (no dishwasher)
- large living and dining rooms (living is currently a dance/yoga studio with a desk and dining is the living/dining with sofa, table, and bookcases but can be rearranged)
- queen bed
- lots of built in storage and closet space
- laundry in basement
- ac window unit
- small patio with a nice, green view
- Loved and lived in home ready to live in comfortably with everything you need such as smart smoke detector, coat and bag rack, quality vacuum cleaner, robovac, beautiful plateware, cooking and eating utensils, smart steam oven, security cam, etc...
- gas and water included additional utilities are internet at an additional $60/month and electricity (mine ranges from $25-$50/month)
-available as early as July 17th (would prorate for July move in). Will prioritize someone who can move in earlier.
