Amenities include a stained kitchen cabinets, granite counters, tiled shower and bath, walk-in closet, in-unit wash and dryer and much more. Also, this includes a one car garage by separate lease. (Apartment monthly rent is $2795 plus $100 for the garage for a total of $2895).

Please, no pets and certainly no smokers. One year lease required rounded up to the next full month for mid month move-ins. No co-signers; applicants must qualify on their own merits.
