Our home is close to the top of a hill overlooking Lake Washington in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac area (no through streets at either the top or the bottom of our small hillside community). Our hillside homes all have underground utilities, so no unsightly utility lines mar the beautiful view. Neighbors are quiet and friendly.
