3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWorst three years of my life. Sent two of my kids here and the staff was horrible as well as the principal. They took no accountability of what was going on. Had the assistant principal harass my daughter because I made a complaint reported it to the district and got laughed at reported it to HR nothing was done. 2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a staff member at the school. If you are thinking of applying to work at Elkhart in ANY capacity, STAY AWAY!! You will be put through a lot of scrutiny by the current principal. She was promoted three years ago. Since she took over the school, the test schools have been steadily declining. Teachers are extremely unhappy. Close to 40 staff members from paras to teachers left the building over a two-year period. If you are disliked by the principal, she will do everything to distroy your career, reputation, and your self-esteem.
