About this House

Lovely backyard house (aka ADU). Built in 2020. 2 bedroom/1 bath. 745 square feet.

French doors open up to a small side patio. Pathway entrance and patio are both separated from the front house backyard by wood fences.

Kitchen includes oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, built-in microwave, and washer/dryer. Everything is electric with sustainability in mind.

Bathroom includes standard shower head, hand-held shower option, built-in shower seat option, and electric towel warming rack.

Vaulted ceilings and recessed lighting throughout. Lots of windows for natural light, including two skylights. Custom-sized top down/bottom up cellular window shades on three windows and the front door. The smaller bedroom has bamboo shades.

Designed by an architect focused on sustainability. Extremely well insulated to keep house warm in winter and cool in summer. Built-in ERV ventilation system with MERV 13 filter to protect from wildfire smoke and poor air quality days.

Available for move in Oct. 1 (or possibly a few days sooner).

(Note that we recently discovered that an internal drain pipe was cracked and leaking water onto the sub-floor. A professional company that specializes in water damage repair/restoration is currently addressing the issue. Their work will be completed well before Oct. 1 and I can give tours to interested potential tenants starting now. Brand new sub-flooring and vinyl plank flooring being installed throughout.)
