Rent is $1000 a month with $1000 security deposit. There is a $50 application fee. I do background checks, credit checks, rental history and eviction history. Pets will possibly be accepted depending on size and breed but there will be a $400 nonrefundable pet deposit.

Owner pays lawn care. Tenant pays water, gas and electric.
