Nice country like setting Townhouse style unit with two bedrooms, one bath, upstairs with living room, kitchen and dining room, downstairs, new paint, new flooring, new ceiling fans in every room, new AC and heat, refrigerator and stove are included. You have access to a one car garage with washer and dryer connections. Small shared fence yard shaded yard. Lawn Service is included in your rent. You pay all utilities, water, gas and electric.
Rent is $1000 a month with $1000 security deposit. There is a $50 application fee. I do background checks, credit checks, rental history and eviction history. Pets will possibly be accepted depending on size and breed but there will be a $400 nonrefundable pet deposit.

Owner pays lawn care. Tenant pays water, gas and electric.
