The oversized 2 car garage sits at the rear with alley access. Please note there is currently a small rented apartment that sits above the garage so parking of cars or storage will only be allowed.
The old Torrance area offers within walking distance many restaurants and a twice weekly farmers market. Lots of parks and great Torrance schools.

One or possible 2 year lease term. No smoking inside home or garage. Tenant pays for all utilities. Landlord pays gardening only. Parking of cars or storage of nonflammable items only is allowed in garage, is not to be used as a workshop of any kind, there is a tenant living above garage so common courtesy is appreciated. 2 cats maximum are permitted with a $1,000.00 pet deposit.
