House Rules:
Single occupant only, No overnight guests, No smoking inside, No parties.

Month to Month. There is room in the garage for a bike and surfboard storage. Let me know if you have any questions. The room is currently available. $30 application fee. I will do a credit and background check.

There is no large corporate or chain businesses other than 7-11, no buildings allowed higher than 3-story, much of the beach area houses were built in the 50’s and 60’s. Many are now remodeled and nice. The IB pier is quite beautiful with regular fishermen, surfers and people walking. "
