"Walking dogs all along the sidewalks. Friendly people with beautiful lawns that are well maintained. "
  • Naeem Maroof
"It is famous for safety, family life, and schooling. People are nice. Pretty walkable. I go out with family for trick and treating, and to the nearby park. I think there should be more parks and playgrounds. "
  • Naeem M
"No special community event that i have attended other than trick and treating. However, there are some events on main street WilliamsVille "
  • Erin j Flint
"Moved to this neighborhood 2 years ago and glad I did! Neighbors are friendly, it’s peaceful, great school district, and very safe!"
  • DB
"This is a wonderful place for god owners with lots of sidewalks and several dog friendly parks near by."
  • Bfll1gal
"I’ve lived in the Village of Williamsville for over 20 years. It’s a great neighborhood with a real sense of community. The library, a pharmacy, shops, and restaurants are just a few blocks away. I really love living here."
  • Tiya K.
"Nice for walks, school has big playground I feel safe having my packages delivered here and they even go to the wrong unit and I still end up getting them"
  • Bernice J.
"Other dogs, Good sidewalks, trees, restaurants, shops and people. A safe area to walk your dog while meeting others."
  • Andrea R.
"There are a few parks near us, so it’s really nice to go on a run, walk our dog, have a picnic with friends or just take out the kids to play. There’s not necessary a lot of community events. "
  • Andrea R.
"very family oriented neighborhood. people is very friendly, and it’s a quiet place. good middle schools and high schools."
  • Pennyc
"Good schools The nys troopers are the local police force and are present and accountable. I don’t have kids but I know some children in the school district from Kindergarten To HS. Their parents are pleased with the curriculum, the sports and the influence school has on their children."
  • Neenos83
"My neighborhood is in a private community. It is quiet and located near shopping centers and parks. The school system is very good. The area is very clean and professionally landscapes."
  • Brian B.
"I'm in the neighborhood alot and it's nice, friendly neighbors and would think about purchasing a home"
  • Joe B.
"There are many families here however people have a blatant disrespect for speed limits and stop sides in neighborhoods "
  • Joe
"Certain main roadways do not have sidewalks which once kids become teens could lead to dangerous situations on bikes "
  • Erik I.
"People are kinda snooty but it’s safe. My dog (a pit) gets comments even when he’s the best behaved. Is what it is... still very dog friendly. Same goes when I let my kid ride his mini bike. Then again maybe it’s because I’m a biker... probably my fault. This neighborhood looks down on me. But the schools are great for my babies and it’s an amazing place to raise a family. Snooty people will be who they are... is what is. I know I talk uneducated but I do have 14 years of higher education 🤷🏻‍♂️. In all I’d definitely recommend this neighborhood to any family. "
  • Katalyst.senpai
"this neighborhood has a strong sense of community, the people here are always keeping their houses and yards well maintained as well."
  • R.olson
"Commuters from Maple to Klein tend to drive over the speed limit. Tell kids to playin the yard, not the street."
  • Geree M.
"We have annual block parties. We are creating a co-op. We have an annual art fair. There are holiday events that focus on children, but include things for everyone. "
  • Trulia User
"No thru traffic and friendly neighbors. Great location and access to a wide variety of goods and services."
  • EH
"Have been visiting & looking at houses since Spring. The sidewalks do not extend throughout the entire development. Cookie cutter houses & several have clearly dated design with single steps up/down into rooms. The kids are cliquish and the schools are good but lack diversity & they teach completely to standardized tests. There is little to no instructional innovation in the middle and high schools as the curriculum is geared to passing the standardized tests & Regents Exam I am disappointed in the schools' lack of vision, innovation and social programs to include all students in student life"
  • Maria C
"-no access to public transportation but driving is pleasant and effective as traffic is reasonable and very few if any traffic jams"
  • Pauhamilt
"Fighting traffic congestion from overdevelopment and dealing with ancient sewer systems and power grids. Fun, fun, fun. "
  • Nussenbaum
"friendliness of neighbors, we watch for each other, privacy being a dead end street, safety and closeness to everything from retail to food"
  • Matthewhuben
"Wonderful suburban neighborhood with a nice variety of families. My family has lived here for 20 years and have enjoyed every day of it. "
