Lots of places to walk and you are surrounded by Long Island Sound. The west side of City Island faces Manhattan. "

    "It’s a family oriented community, you get to know your neighbors even if it’s just faces. On the Island we do have an annual street fair, community board meetings, a food CO-OP and many more activities for residents to be involved in. It definitely has a small town feel which we love. "
