About this House

2 WEEKS PER MONTH, NAPA RIVERFRONT EXECUTIVE HOME, $2900 month

This is NOT a Full-Time rental, nor a Vacation Rental, nor a standard "House Share". It IS for a part-time rental. Please read details below.

2 WEEKS PER MONTH, NAPA RIVERFRONT EXECUTIVE HOME, $2900 month

If you are an Executive or Family with the ability to work / learn remotely or just have a very flexible schedule, and love the Napa Valley Wine Country, this is a unique and rare opportunity to leverage and improve the quality of your life during these unprecedented times!

Keep your primary home in The City or elsewhere, but have a bucolic second-home experience among the vineyards of Napa on the beautiful riverfront, reserved exclusively for your personal use 2 weeks per month. Think of it as an ongoing "rental time-share" without the need to "buy" your private accommodations. Or the need to spend $1,500 $3,000 NIGHTLY at the nearby Carneros Spa and Resort.

INDOOR ACCOMMODATIONS:
In this 4-bedroom / 3 bathroom large executive riverfront home, you'll have your private, dedicated bathroom and 2 large view bedrooms exclusively for yourself, plus total use of the rest of the common rooms of the home including guest bath and laundry. The open Great Room with "killer 180 views of the river," includes Kitchen adorned with granite and SS appliances, Dining and LR area with fireplace, plus an open Media Room, all tastefully furnished in upscale Tahoe-style decor. It's the best of a short-term Luxury Vacation Rental experience but with your monthly tenancy you can leave your clothes, toothbrush and other personal items all locked up in your own private rooms ready for your next 2 weeks!

OUTDOOR ATTRACTIONS: and then there is the large redwood view deck and sandy patio overlooking a 3-finger dock on the Napa River. Chill out and watch the boats cruise by, or fish from the dock or your boat (you'll have your own slip), sail, motor, kayak or paddleboard, and then relax and enjoy the hot tub while overlooking the river. And the Coup de Grace is the Rock-Star location / view of the iconic BRAZOS BRIDGE, one of the few remaining lift bridges in the US or even the world! Go ahead Google or YouTube it!

OTHER:
The mature owners, who primarily reside in their main home in Sonoma County, also have a private dedicated bathroom and 2 dedicated bedrooms, as well as use of the rest of the common rooms of the home during their 2 weeks per month.

The monthly rent of $2,900 includes 2 consecutive weeks use per month, all utilities, internet and Direct TV, on-site parking for 2 cars, and one maid service upon your check-out. No extra charge for the awe-inspiring sunrises over the river, or the breathtaking sunsets over the Napa-Sonoma Wetlands and Wildlife Area.

Naturally this is a hybrid rental situation which is not for everyone, and requires more conversation and engagement. If this might be of interest, AND YOU ARE COVID-FREE AND VERIFIABLY COMPLETELY VACCINATED, please reach out to discuss next steps. Thank you for your interest.

"We donโ€™t have any other than the school up the street. Living on the avenueโ€™s we normally keep to ourselves."
  • Victoria k
"South Napa is a quiet, friendly neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and a strong sense of community. Residents enjoy easy access to Downtown Napa, local parks, farmers markets, seasonal events, and Napa Valleyโ€™s world-class wineries. The area is walkable, safe, and offers a great balance between convenience and a peaceful residential atmosphere."
  • Wesley Brown
"I live in Napa and commute to Yountville, itโ€™s an easy commute. You can really tell a lot of the working class does not live in Napa. Lots of wealth disparity. "
  • mollie knopf
"Everything in Napa is relatively close. I drive to the grocery store which takes less than 10 min but otherwise I can walk everywhere. "
  • Victoria k
"Depends where you live. Highways are nearby, making it very well to commute and find its best course. Shops and grocery stores are nearby as well only a few minutes away."
  • Aisling Swindell
"Love Napa, has a ton of old town charm. Much slower pace than city life. Great place to raise kids! "
  • Debbie Baumann
"We really donโ€™t have any at the Avenues. We are too far out and in the county limits. We have a winery down 2nd Avenue but it is closed to the public. It used to be an open gate but the new owners shut out the public excepting only their customers."
  • Lyallabbott
"Close to fast food restaurants and fire department and a gym and motel along with a homeless shelter "
  • SEK
"Iโ€™m newly retired so I donโ€™t commute, but the location is convenient to good shopping, gyms, and medical facilities and the traffic is generally easy."

"Mixed neighborhood of older people and young families. Everyone is pretty friendly and neighborly. I enjoy living here. "
  • S Minahen Res.
"Good access to public transportation. Sidewalks are cracked and uneven due to tree roots and lack of maintenance or repair from the local government agency. Forget pushing a stroller on them & the only alternative is walking in the street! With the amount of taxes Napa residents pay, residents deserve better maintenance of our streets and sidewalks! The sidewalks in this neighborhood have been in need of repair for 30 plus years!"
  • Trulia User
"There are multiple parks in the area. It is located near great schools and it is a very safe area. Neighborhood it is very friendly and always well-maintained"
