"Mostly an adult community with a surplus of senior citizens. Schools are less crowded but there are fewer places where kids can play."

"We've lived here 11 years. This prime location street has steadily improved and accelerated in value. Neighbors are very quiet, mostly anonymous. Privacy is paramount. Nearby vacation rentals (4) are quiet and strictly regulated/enforced. A couple of houses have multiple vehicles perpetually parked on street, no garages or don't use them. Most respect our street parking. "

"A dog park ! There isn’t enough public space for dog owners to let their dogs run ..as Palm Springs becomes a year round get away vacation spot and more year round residents we need a big beautiful dog park bigger than any other so we can throw frisbees for our 4 legged kids one that shows that the city cares about the well-being of all home owners pets ! It’s time we set higher standards for our animals instead of building more buildings I know others see $ being thrown away but I see a big return as people will see the city cars about its residents and their pets ! There isn’t a park anywhere on the south side of town and to think all the land on south palm canyon is being used fior condos the last night stretch of land where you can see from the base to the tip top with out anything blocking your view but soon condos will be there I think that’s a Disgusting use of land"

"Some people don’t pick up after their dogs at the park. Dog owners wouldn’t like to be banned from Parks due to this issue. Palm Springs stands out for being clean and neat city. People love to see other dogs walking in the neighborhood, most dogs look happy and well groomed so in the same manner they should contribute to keep the city clean as well"

"This community doesn’t have events, ever. So this neighborhood isn’t really that special. It’s boring. Shady people always hang out over there by the windy cove mart. I saw bullet shells in the parking lot one morning. When I first moved over here five years ago, none of those things were going on. Too many people are moving in around here and their not the good kind. "
