Large 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in small quiet community (upstairs unit). Very spacious floorplan with XL living room, dining room and pantry in kitchen. Primary bedroom has two large closets. Lots of storage with two linen/coat closets and private laundry facilities on-site. Quiet community located in residential neighborhood that's walkable to downtown, shopping, dining & entertainment.

Screening fees $51 per person (we review credit, criminal, rental & employment/income) - good credit (625+) and positive verifiable rental history preferred. Security deposit = $1595. Available April 4th.

    "I have lived here 9 years. My neighbors are wonderful and we all watch out for one another. This is a small town, so it is a bit Chaney and not very friendly. If you are a couple, this is a perfect area! As a single , I do not recommend it if you still like to be active! Just depends on what you are looking for?"

    "There are a lot of parks. People feel safe walking at night and there is downtown events every weekend. Schools are good too. There are a lot of good restaurants as well. We have a public pool. We have an off leash dog park as well. "

Enumclaw would be a lovely place to raise a family and has great opportunities with a beautiful city near but a wholesome community to live in. It has a lovely view of mount rainier and lots of places to walk dogs. It is a farm town and has such wonderful people. I would definitely raise a family in enumclaw given the opportunity "
