About this House
Looking to find someone (preferably a woman) to take over my lease with a preferred move in date of June 1st (flexible) located in Oceanside!
There are currently 4 roommates, including myself. This room shares a bathroom with one other person.
Washer and dryer in unit and parking is always available!
Roommates are all women in their mid to late twenties who mostly keep to themselves but do hang out on occasion! Everyone is kind and respectful and welcoming of the LGBTQ+ community.
Utilities are split four ways and monthly end up being roughly $30. With the water bill arriving every two months at roughly $40.
Rent is $1,050, deposit is $1,125.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed :(
