Plenty of seating with a huge granite island with 4 bar stools, 6 seat dining table bench, love seat and sofa.Dogs welcome w/approval & pet fee. Located near shopping, restaurants and more! House rules and lease agreement required. Lease available until March 3, 2027.

Owner pays for cable, wifi, trash and will also pay for gas and electric with reimbursement according to fee schedule. Anything over $100 (per utility) is tenant responsibility. Limit 2 pets (dogs only) additional pet fee may apply. No smoking of any kind allowed to include cigarettes, vaping or drugs etc. At the time an applicant is provided with a rental application, the landlord shall make available to the applicant printed notice of the landlord's tenant selection criteria and the grounds for which the rental application may be denied, including the applicant's:
(1) criminal history;
(2) previous rental history;
(3) current income;
(4) credit history; or
(5) failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form.
Application fee is $65. Signed lease is required along with signed HOA rules and regulations agreement.
