This is a rural area we do have wildlife and some inclement weather I'm a very pro active landlord, I take a lot of pride in offering our family home and property, This is a shared property/address, the Landlord lives on site as do other family you can get a PO Box in Peyton, for mail, Some Basic utilities are included with Capped rates Electric, Basic Internet, Basic Directv. Propane needs to be set up thru Mile High Propane, Wood pellets for additional heat are your responsibility, they average about 6.00 a bag from local retailers this is a supplemental heat source. The pet fees are a monthly per pet non refundable fee all damages are responsibility of the renter. Pet insurance is required. Renters insurance is required.
