CENTRAL & SAFE LOCATION: safe and next to the beach, WITH parking! Walkable to downtown LB, the marina (Shoreline Village), The Pike Outlets, Aquarium of the Pacific, Bixby/Bluff Park (yoga spot), Belmont Shore, restaurants on Broadway and 4th Street. Electric scooters and city bikes can be rented from 2 blocks away via common apps. Anywhere along the beach is safe but parking is challenging. This property is in a safe neighborhood along the beach and even has an assigned parking spot in a closed garage.
