The space is light 'n bright with a coastal vibe, perfect for your beach getaway. Everything was thoughtfully designed. Walk across Ocean Blvd and you're at the beach. Big TVs throughout, perfect for movie night after a beach day with your family. Loft has served as 3rd bedroom with walk-out patio for many past tenants. 2 bedrooms with AC in the lower level, then living and dining and kitchen in the main floor, and then loft (3rd bedroom) and patio on the upper floor. There is an AC in the loft that cools the 2 upper levels. The main floor and loft are above most of the nearby buildings, as seen in the photos, good view!

Upper floor: loft and patio.

CENTRAL & SAFE LOCATION: safe and next to the beach, WITH parking! Walkable to downtown LB, the marina (Shoreline Village), The Pike Outlets, Aquarium of the Pacific, Bixby/Bluff Park (yoga spot), Belmont Shore, restaurants on Broadway and 4th Street. Electric scooters and city bikes can be rented from 2 blocks away via common apps. Anywhere along the beach is safe but parking is challenging. This property is in a safe neighborhood along the beach and even has an assigned parking spot in a closed garage.
