Modern Farmhouse Estate

Beyond a secure gated entry at the end of a quiet country lane, this fully renovated modern farmhouse unfolds across 33 private acres in one of Sonoma County's most desirable residential settings. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and open skies, the property offers the rare balance of true seclusion and effortless access in the heart of Wine Country.
The leased residential grounds encompass approximately 2+ acres surrounding the hilltop home, providing generous outdoor living space, mature landscaping, and sweeping pastoral views. The remaining acreage preserves the peaceful estate setting, enhancing privacy without added upkeep.

The Home
Spanning over 3,600 square feet, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence blends clean modern design with warm farmhouse character. Rich maple hardwood floors extend throughout the main level, adding warmth and continuity to the home's bright, open layout. Expansive windows frame vineyard and olive grove vistas from nearly every room, while wraparound decks create seamless indoor-outdoor flow equally suited for quiet mornings with coffee or evenings entertaining under Sonoma skies.
The renovated chef's kitchen with walk-in pantry and 2 wine fridges anchors a light-filled great room designed for gathering. The spacious primary suite offers serene outlooks and a true sense of retreat. A dedicated home office and private fitness room make the home exceptionally well-suited for remote work and balanced daily living. An attached 3-car garage completes the estate.
The home is offered unfurnished. Want move-in ready? Furnished with premium pieces sourced from Restoration Hardware, Crate & Barrel, and comparable brands is negotiable.

Outdoors & Lifestyle
Life unfolds naturally here.
Swim in the solar-heated pool beneath wide open skies. Host wood-fired dinners at the artisan pizza oven. Gather on the decks as the sun sets across the vines. In cooler months, enjoy evenings by the fireplace with chopped firewood thoughtfully provided, adding warmth and comfort to the season.
Seasonal fruit trees including plum, mandarin, and fig dot the residential grounds and may be enjoyed throughout the year.
(The surrounding vineyard and olive groves remain owner-managed and are not part of the residential lease area.)
Every element of the property embraces the relaxed, indoor-outdoor rhythm that defines Sonoma living.

Location
Located just minutes from celebrated wineries including La Crema, Kistler Vineyards, Duckhorn Sonoma-Cutrer, and CIRQ with Kosta Browne Winery relocating nearby soon the estate sits within one of the region's most celebrated wine corridors. "It’s a safe place where we live and there are biking groups in the community of the neighborhood that meet up regularly for rides, about 30+ people it’s really cool"
  • Vince Harper
"Lots of families. Great people. Schools I feel are underrated. The town square is a great time for families and friends. Not a ton of trails throughout the neighborhoods but, plenty of them close by to visit. "
  • Cody Wilson
"There is a dog park within walking distance of the neighborhood. It is a good neighborhood for walking."
  • Teresa Freimuth
"Christmas tree lighting and Charlie Brown Christmas tree lot. Parades. High school Football games. Halloween and Christmas home lighting and decoration."
  • Cheryl
"I live in a senior neighborhood and close to everything. Love the local people and find everyone very friendly and caring! I feel safe in my community and people try to help each other!"
  • Cheryl
"I’m in the senior community and have found the people in Windsor to be caring and very family oriented! Parents care about their children and ive had very positive experiences by all people of all ages."
  • Summerl0ve
"This is truly beautiful place to live. It’s close to stores of all kinds, restaurants & community events. The places are well built to be quiet but still have the advantage of being close to everything you need! Windsor is a great place to live no matter what stage of your life you’re in. "
  • Summerl0ve
"Beautiful place to have as a rental while our house is being fixed up. It’s close to a lot of different kinds of shops & has a very unique feel to it. Very quiet neighbors! "
  • Lara
"This a safe family-friendly neighborhood. Nice parks, mature trees, great services, newly repaved streets. Very walkable neighborhood."
  • Brian J.
"Foothill Regional Park offer and excellent hiking area for you and your Fur-baby (s) with 3 smaller lakes for fishing. Then the Russian River is right around the corner and the coast is about a 30 minute drive! "
  • Micheleann17
"People walk dogs early in the morning and on weekends. I would say just about everyone in this neighborhood has a dog."
  • Djones
"this neighborhood has character and is close enough to the santa rosa and northern California and the mountains"
  • Summer Rae
"Great parks & plenty of ways to stay active! Homes are a good value & perfect for a family. The town has almost everything you need so you don’t have to leave often. People do look out for their neighbors so it’s rather safe for kids to be able to bike around. Their is a skate park nearby & good schools. It was the perfect place for my late family to be close while still having their own space but I’m ready to let another family have my house so it can be full of family again! "
  • HeidiJones
"I have lived in Windsor since 1992, in the Foothills subdivision. I like my neighborhood as it's very quiet and pretty plus our neighbors are friendly and considerate. We watch out for each other but also mindful of privacy. I do have to use my car to run errands. The downtown is well thought out except for a shortage of parking which makes it difficult to attend town green events. Windsor has grown a lot since '92 it has become a great place to live."
  • Marnie
"About half the neighbors on the block have dogs and the homes have nice sized back yards. There are several parks nearby that allow dogs."
  • Lengjelmichelle59
"My neighborhood has great transportation I can even catch the city bus right in front of my entrance to house"
  • Summerl0ve
"Beautiful place with nice parks but always do a check for sexual predators as their are a few but always good to know even when it’s on what I’m guessing is the lower range. "
  • Dantaysmom
"My commute is 4 minutes. My husband though, has almost an hour commute. Windsor is an amazing family community!"
  • Vintagemx707
"Friendly people who take walks around the neighborhood. Quiet neighbors. Busy streets. Close by shopping."
  • Patti W.
"I can ride my bike or walk easily to public transportation. Our downtown is very easy to get to and is centrally located. "
  • Colagrossi
"Houses tend to be close together, so neighbors don’t enjoy listening to dogs barking. But lots of great walking paths, some businesses put out water bowls. "
  • Patti W.
"We have Thursday night on the Windsor Town Green with music and food vendors. The whole community attends!"
  • Darren
"Nice neighborhood! People tend to keep to themselves but when something goes wrong they are there to help😊"
  • Brenda
"Nice place to raise a family. Like the schools and my kids love the town green events. Hope to be here for years to come. "
  • Jamesdurborowii
"I’ve lived here my entire life. People are friendly and the town has that old small town feel where everyone still says hi to each other. "
  • Kathy G.
"Heart of the Wine Country. Small town feel, but close to everything. A lot of parks to visit, and very pet friendly! A great place to raise a family."
  • rangerjb1
"Our dad moved here after our mom died in 2007. He immediately fell in love with the location, neighborhood and his neighbors. He was fortunate to live there for 6.5 years. He felt so comfortable in his home, and we knew that his fantastic neighbors always kept an eye out for him. All of the homes are neat, clean and well maintained. The people are friendly. If you don't want to get involved - no one pushes you, but they do look out for each other. That was also another blessing for my family and me. They have started a neighborhood watch program which I think is wonderful."
