The large deck wrap-around deck is a perfect place to BBQ and the downstairs game room provides an additional place to hang out or can be a fourth bedroom, with its' own wood-burning fireplace.

Close to the lake, shopping, dining, movie theater, and hiking and only a 30 minute drive from Snow Valley ski resort, this cabin is a great place to live during all seasons. Located on a quiet street with parking for 3 cars.

We are looking for a couple or a small family to use our home for a 1 - 4 month stay.

Rent for January, February = $4850
Rent for March, April, May = $3500
Rent for June = $4350
Rent for July, August = $4850
Rent for September = $4350
Rent for October, November = $3500
Rent for December = $4850

Utilities included; $200 one time cleaning fee. With stays over 1 month, cleaning 1 time per month is required @ $150 per month.

Place is furnished with modern upscale furnishings. Everything you will need to stay and work remotely or enjoy a vacation away from home.
