Apartment is located on the wide section of Maple Street between Garland St. and Mount Hope Ave. Ideally located 0.5 miles from Eastern Maine Medical Center and St. Joseph's Hospital, 1 mile from downtown Bangor, and 1.5 miles from the Bangor Mall. Building is well maintained and has paved off-street parking for two vehicles. In addition to the two bedrooms and one bathroom, there is a kitchen, dining room, mud room, heated sunroom, and large living room. Heat, hot water, internet, and electricity is included. Laundry is located in adjacent building. No smoking. No pets. Zillow application required.

Lease is typically 1 year with option to renew at that point. We would like to rent this unit until May 30, 2025 with an option to renew at that point. There is a possibility the unit will become available prior to October 10.
