Here at Windshire Terrace Apartments we have a spacious and renovated 3 bedroom 3 bath stand alone town home. It has in unit washer and dryer, open concept floor plan, fenced in patio space and plenty of parking. Unique layout, must see!

Resident is responsible for base rent, $12 trash, water and sewer, gas and electric. We allow up to 2 pets per household. There is no weight restrictions just breed restrictions, please reach out to the leasing office for more information. There is a one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $450 per pet due at time of move in and $40 per met per month. There is a one-time amenity fee of $450 due at time of move in as we do not charge monthly.
