House is furnished throughout, but landlord can remove any furniture that is not needed by the tenant. Pets are allowed (dogs and cats included)!

Deposit is a month and a half of rent, and Tenant is responsible for all utilities and property maintenance (lawn/snow). Lawn mower, rakes, and shovels are provided. No smoking allowed inside the house.
