The Railrunner commuter train stops nearby on its way between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Either city is also accessible by car via Interstate 25 in minutes. The neighborhood borders the Rio Grande and is noted for its abundance of mature trees, many over 100 years old. All residents have river access via nearly two miles of walking paths.The town of Bernalillo dates to Spanish colonial days when it was a stop on the Camino Real, but also has a modern outlook and has grown considerably over the past few years. The weather is mild during all four seasons and the humidity is very low throughout the year"

There is shopping nearby, and at least two dozen restaurants within a mile of the front gate. Interstate 25 is easily accessible via US 550, and Albuquerque is only minutes away. Most lots are around an acre, and the the subdivision is connected by private raods as well as walking trails. Nearby Indian casinos bring in big-name entertainment regularly. We moved here recently and love it."
