"Basecamp is the perfect product in the perfect location. The homes are adjacent to the bike path, within two blocks of Hemmingway School and Atkinson's Park, 4 blocks to downtown Ketchum and about a half a mile from the River Run ski area. These newly constructed homes lie right on the line between the residential and downtown core, offering great views, great proximity, but without the downtown noise and bustle.
