"Very nice community to raise kids in. It’s safe there’s the skating rink nearby, plenary of parks and outdoor entertainment to keep busy. Wellington nearby has the mall and movie theater so to be so close to the turnpike that’s also very convenient."
  • Juancarlos_polanco
"I have lived here 4 years now, greenacres compared to other areas of Florida I’ve seen. I’d give it a good 7/10 !"
  • Canterbury3213
"I’ve lived here for 25 years and seen some changes most of them good and have raised our son here. All in all a good neighborhood that is starting to clean up more and more all the time as people come in as owners and have the pride of ownership. "
  • Byron
"Safe 24/7 security, beautiful for runs & walks, quite & friendly neighbors. Great place to raise a family "
  • Trulia User
"I don’t live in River bridge. I live across the street. I have been in river bridge and it seems cleaned."
  • Trulia User
"Not familiar with any events in my area that a community has. Everything you need though, supermarkets, schools, post office, Bank’s!"
  • T M.
"Neighborhood used to be awesome but the hoa is ridiculous. They are definitely mishandling money and raise your hoa monthly fees up all the time! Two years ago it was $280 and now it’s well over $400! They don’t provide anything with the exception of landscaping and even that isn’t done up to standard. Until the hoa board members and property manager is replaced, stay away!!!"
  • Trulia User
"Safe, friendly, clean and family oriented. Situated near many restaurants and walking distance to local grocery store. "
  • Trulia User
"Crime, no parking available but charged fees to park, overflowing dumpster 24/7, management is difficult to reach, continuous maintenance issues. "
  • Trulia User
"The neighborhood is dog friendly, but they need more areas to dispose of waste baggies. This would encourage dog owners to pick up waste more often."
  • Trulia User
"Three schools are right outside the community. Family friendly neighborhood with lots of children. "
  • Trulia User
"There are 3 schools in walking distance to the community. There are many families and children living in the community."

  • Rustifari1
"I haven’t lived here for a full year yet but enjoy it. People are friendly, lots of families with children of various ages. It feels safe and there is security patrol at night. I really like the privacy of the fenced patios. Convenient shopping and bus routes are nearby."
  • Lucia O.
"There are many dogs in the neighborhood. There are not always dog bags available at the poop stations so people don’t pick up after their dogs "
  • Jackiepena1982
"I’ve been living here two years. Management is poor. Residents do whatever they want. Including smoking pot in the balcony. Gates are never closed. Burglaries in the cars. "
  • Clarissa P.
