Luxury at this level is without compare. Experience timeless elegance, contemporary flair, and unyielding craftsmanship embellish in a stunning custom estate that is at one with 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island, and Emerald Bay. Embraced by the gated community’s iconic coastal pines, which date back decades to the early history of the virtually hidden bluff-top enclave, the spectacular residence reveals a commanding street presence that is impressive yet welcoming. Once inside, the home’s connection to the outdoors is evident on every level, with gracious patios and decks offering hidden gardens, sunny rooftop paradise, and sprawling main-level terrace accompanied by unobstructed ocean and bay views. Custom glass and wrought-iron entry doors set the scene, and interior spaces measuring approximately 7,119 SF provide an array of settings for grand-scale entertaining and easy, relaxed living. The open-concept main level showcases a grand foyer with a magnificent floating spiral staircase, great room that opens to the main terrace via glass sliding doors, and fully appointed kitchen with custom wood cabinetry, an island, separate breakfast room with private patio, walk-in pantry, and preferred appliances from Wolf, Fisher & Paykel, Sub-Zero, and Miele. Crowned by a towering cross-loin ceiling, the formal dining room opens to the outdoors via newer Fleetwood French doors. Four ensuite bedrooms and nine baths in a variety of configurations provide comfort for residents and guests, with the primary suite opening to a delightful meditation garden and offering two walk-in closets and a jetted tub. Custom mosaics, wood and stone-tile flooring, globally sourced handcrafted appointments, three fireplaces, newer separate generator, an elevator to all levels, and upgraded AV system are just some of the estate’s countless amenities. On the bedroom level, an inviting wood-paneled study displays a coffered ceiling, custom built-ins, one of the home's four wet bars, temperature-controlled wine cellar, and garden access. Catering to the automotive aficionado, an 11-car garage on the lower level presents boundless opportunities to create the ultimate show garage or entertainment venue. A versatile office is also featured on this level and includes a bath and kitchenette. Ascend to the rooftop deck by stairs or elevator and enjoy a fireplace, newer glass surrounds, newer above-ground spa, built-in BBQ, and dining area surrounded by breathtaking vistas.

What Locals Say about Laguna Beach

  • Sabrina Skelly
"Good family neighborhood, nice area, low crime. No sidewalks, so street infrastructure can be unsafe. Parks are driving distance, not many parks in walking distance. PCH and bad drivers are a larger risk. "

"We have block parties a few times a year. We watch out for strangers and know who our neighbors are. Word gets around and many are members of Next Door so if lost pets are found or any suspect incidents we all are aware."

"I live in Rancho Laguna neighborhood and it is totally different from the village. It is where we join the world of nature and the ocean Surrounding it. We also have much better parking and a designated trolley to bring us into the village. One day you see a family of coyotes raising their young and the next you see deer frolicking in the meadow. It is the secret sanctuary of Orange County. "

Our block closes down one Sunday in the summer for a block party where we meet our neighbors and have pot luck. Halloween we go down to Oak Street to see and be seen in costumes."
