We offer off-street parking and have ample parking for guests. Hot Water, Gas Heat, and Electricity is not included in the rent and will need to be set up directly with the utility company.We offer the best of city living with a quick drive to the marina, restaurants, and shopping. We are a non-smoking and animal free building. We have twenty-two 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment homes. Our tax credit apartments are offered at lower than market prices to households meeting our qualification guidelines.To rent an apartment at these below-market rates, you must prove that your household income and assets fall within the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements, for instance the maximum income limits are listed below per household size: Income Guidelines:Minimum household income- $51,143Household of 1- below $48,180Household of 2- below $55,080Household of 3- below $61,980Household of 4- below $68,820Household of 5- below $74,340Household of 6- below $79,860 In addition it is required you meet minimum income limits as well. These limits are determined by the price of an apartment. All applicants are subject to a credit check and a criminal background check and must provide satisfactory references from prior landlords.     "Legendary neighborhood with nice people and fun things to do. The library is one of my favorite cool hangouts. Neighbors generally pick up poop after the chihuahua poops on the ground. It is overall a fun and freiinty neighborhood.. I love it. Don’t want to live here for good though. Not sung enough."
