A furnished end unit townhouse in a beautiful community on cape cod . It boasts a village green , plenty of walking trails in the adjoining woods surrounding the community on all sides .

This unit is a 2 BR and 2.5 BA unit . Both bedrooms are en suites with a jacuzzi tub on the first floor bathroom and a classic tub in the other. The kitchen has a charming " eat in kitchen " area . There is a brand new range , new washer , new stainless steel dishwasher , refrigerator and microwave . Kitchen accessories provided . The new oven boasts an additional air fryer setting.

It's very serene and peaceful during the winter (has many year round residents as to not feel isolated ) .

The community has a mah Jong group year round if you are a fan of the game . Other social activities are also available .

The bedroom and bathroom on second floor is an en-suite with a bathtub . The upstairs boasts a large open space used as an office or sitting area with television .

This is a great home for anyone that doesn't do well with stairs . You have everything you need on the first floor .

One pet on a case by case basis . No cats .

Washer/dryer in the basement . There is an onsite garbage and recycling dumpster on the property .

* extra cleaning fee if wanted at $160 per month .

If interested in this rental , there are certain bylaws for resident's on the property that I will go over before signing . These shouldn't be a problem in a winter rental .

2 parking spots in front of unit .

This is a furnished unit with access to all but one closet and a partial part of the basement .

Never worry about snow removal or landscaping . This is all taken care of by the association . It is close to shopping ( Mashpee commons , South Cape shops ) ,restaurants , beaches , urgent care and a 15 minute drive to Cape Cod hospital and Falmouth Hospital . A 15 minute drive to Rt 6 leading to the bridges .

Renter pays for electric , gas , and cable tv .

One pet considered on a case by case basis . The condo community has guideline for pets .

Owner pays HOA fee , water , maintenance , snow removal and any other accumulated fees by association

Because of the association standards , there should always be a clean neat appearance to the outside . Nothing left out on the lawn or the decks . I am also looking for a renter that is respectful of the inside cleanliness and care given to the property .

Lease term is 6 months , from November 1 to April 30th . Could move in earlier depending on my situation .

Owner pays for water , internet ( excluding cable ) , snow removal and lawn maintenance .

And there is so much to do in the area - there is Mashpee Commons and South Cape Village, with their shops and restaurants, and the local library that has just been built - gorgeous - and theaters and movie houses.
